By purchasing my products or services of digital illustrations, you are agreeing to the following conditions and confirm that you are at least 18+ or have a legal parent/guardian to consent to all of the terms of services listed below.
Please take the time to thoroughly read through everything.These rules apply to both my commissions and custom/adoptable designs. Terms of Service are subject to updates.General Info
× If you are uncomfortable with my Terms of Service and/or unwilling to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission. Failure to comply will result in a blacklist.
× By commissioning me, you agree that your artwork will be delivered digitally. You will not be receiving a physical product.
× Commissions and custom designs are for personal use only. Commercial use may be available upon inquiry, please refer to the respective section within this ToS.
× AI, NFTs, and associations regarding any sort of cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited. Any of these subjects involved will be revoked immediately and permanently banned from future commissions.
× I retain all rights to the original artwork/design and may publish the art as examples on portfolios, galleries, and other social platforms. However, if instructed in your submitted form or as an NDA request, private commissions or delayed publishing is allowed and I will refrain from public posts of your piece. Do note that such requests may incite additional fees.
× Clients of commissioned artwork may be allowed to post their finished commissioned piece on their own social media given credit is properly sourced to any of my linked social platforms.
× Edits of original artwork and removal of my watermark/signature are not allowed.
× Do not claim the commissioned work as your own.
× I will require official visual reference(s) of your requested character for regular commissions.
× Please remember to save any finished files as I will be deleting them from any storage sharing space to make room for future work!

- Mech / full robotic

× When you have purchased a design from me, they belong to you. You may use them for whatever you wish, such as for RP purposes.
However, be sure to credit the original design and artwork to any of my social platforms.
× Please do not edit my original art without permission.
× Minor edits to the design ( color shifting, markings, hair, gender, etc. ) may be permitted, but do not over do it. Feel free to contact me if you are unsure about any edits you want to make.
× If you pay for the design, you may resell/trade/gift it. Currently, vouchers are not allowed.
× Reselling the adopted design for the original or lower price as obtained is allowed.
✧ Final resell price may be increased beyond total adopt price if commissioned art is included; the increase is only by the amount the commission was paid for and if the original artist commissioned allows it! (This does not pertain to gift art, however!)
× If the design has been traded or gifted, resale is no longer permitted. You can only trade it away, gift it, or return it to me.
× Commercial use of custom or adoptable designs will have an applicable fee of 200-300% ; final fee may vary depending on the usage of the design.Payment
× Invoices will be sent once commission forms have been approved and prices have been confirmed.
× Payment must be made before I begin any work.
× Rush orders may be subjected to fees of up to 50%.
× Payment plans may be negotiated with prior inquiry; by default, half payment is required upfront and the remaining payment must be paid within 30 days of the invoice. Applicable to orders $300+ or more.
× If payment plans have been agreed upon and I have started on the commission after the first deposit has been made, I will not refund the initial deposit if you back out of the payment plan.Refunds
× Cancellation of a commission may only be permitted before the payment has been made.
× Once I have started your commission, there will be NO REFUND. Only if I have yet to start on your request, then I may refund 100%.
✧ Partial refunds will be made according to the progress of the commission.
× Purposeful issue of a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project or after the client has received the completed artwork will result in immediate blacklisting of your social accounts, email address, and anyone sharing your payment account as well as any known side accounts.
× Canceled projects nullify the intellectual use of any work-in-progress updates [ concepts, sketches, etc. ] that may have been shared.NDA - Privacy Request
× As mentioned prior, if you have requested for your commissioned piece to be private, it must be clearly stated during the ordering process.
× I reserve the right to charge a fee as I deem fit.
× The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of your commission anywhere.
× However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any WIPs yourself.
× This is especially important to consider if you are a VTuber and would like for me to keep assets private until your debut.
× The NDA fee will start at +10% of the total quote, but may differ. The bigger the project, the bigger the fee.Revisions
× Once payment has been received, I will begin with sketching the concept for your approval.
× Once the sketch has been approved, I will proceed with lineart and coloring. There will be progress/WIP updates during this phase to ensure that your commissioned piece is to your desired vision. You may speak out and request for any adjustments and edits at this time as I aim to capture your characters’ likeness and compositions to your expectations.
× After the final piece has been completed, clients are able to request any minor changes before the full and completed version is delivered through email.Deadlines & Delivery
× Allow between 2 - 4 months of working days to complete the illustration. All commission progress can be tracked through Trello.
× Completed commissions will include a high-res file of your commissioned piece with my watermark and transparent files (if applicable).
× Please save your copy of the commission once it is sent as I will be deleting the files in the near future.Use
× All base commissions are for personal use.
× Complex designs and deadlines may include additional charges.
✧ If you have a specific deadline in mind [ ie. for birthdays, holiday gifts, VTuber debut, etc. ] please discuss it with me prior to commissioning to negotiate the prices.
× For commercial use, please explain in detail the scope of your request.
× Commercial commissions may range between 200-300% of the total price [ depending on the usage, the rate will be increased ]
× Vtubers, Youtubers, streamers, and other social media content creators do not fall under “personal use” since they are considered as a ‘brand’ identity ( unless they do not intend to use my art commercially ).Intellectual & Property Rights
× You may use the artwork for personal use including, but not limited to: avatars and icons, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
× You reserve the right to print or create and otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your personal use only [ ie. NOT for sale ].
× You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial ( eg. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc. ) unless otherwise discussed.✧ Tier 1: Personal Use
Examples: Avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays as graphics.
✧ Tier 2: Stream Commercial Use
Examples: Branding, streaming platforms(ie. Twitch, Youtube, etc.), and/or social media where you receive profit. Cannot be re-sold to someone else w/o my permission.
